Our Story
Founded in 2025 by Chase Nolan and Max Hindley, Executive Hosts was created with a simple mission: make Airbnb hosting effortless, profitable, and personal for Cape Town property owners.
Chase is a Bachelor of Computer Science student with a passion for turning data into results. After optimising a video game economy that reached over 2.5 million players, he saw first-hand how smart systems drive performance—and now applies the same analytics mindset to pricing, occupancy, and guest experience.
Max is pursuing a Bachelor of eCommerce and blends strategy, digital marketing, and a deep understanding of online platforms to help listings reach more guests and convert more bookings.
Together, we’re a lean, hands-on team—not a bloated agency juggling dozens of listings. We keep a focused portfolio so each home gets senior attention, clear reporting, and the kind of service that builds five-star reputations on the Atlantic Seaboard and beyond.

We believe Airbnb hosting should be both profitable and stress-free. Our approach blends technology, hospitality, and transparency to give you peace of mind while growing your returns.
We charge a simple 17.5% fee based on your Airbnb revenue. You keep full control over your expenses — like cleaning, maintenance, and consumables — while we handle the operations: guest messaging, pricing optimization, calendar management, and more.
Prefer to keep your current cleaners? No problem — we’ll coordinate with them to ensure smooth turnovers and maintain quality. Need photography or listing setup? We’ve got that covered too. Whether you're just starting out or looking to improve an existing listing, we tailor our service to fit your needs.
